At St George's, we strive to maintain high standards throughout the centre and its surrounding grounds. Our goal is to ensure all visitors enjoy their time with us in a safe, relaxed and friendly environment. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to the following Code of Conduct below.
Prohibited Activities:
Anti-social behaviour
Please respect others and the space around you.
No Pets Allowed
Sorry no pets are allowed in the centre, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Smoking and Vaping
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited throughout the centre and its surrounding grounds.
Cycling, Rollerblading, and Scooters
Bicycles, rollerblades and scooters (including battery-powered ones) are not permitted.
Climbing
Please refrain from climbing on benches, rides and marketing items throughout the centre.
Guidelines for a Pleasant Visit
Alcohol Consumption
Drinking alcohol is not permitted in the centre or its surrounding grounds.
Vandalism
Any act of vandalism will be reported to the police.
Illegal Substances
The possession, sale, or use of illegal substances will be reported to the police.
Parking
Please park only in designated spaces and adhere to the car parking terms and conditions. Leave specifically designated spaces free for blue badge holders and family groups.
Lift Use
Please use customer lifts appropriately and considerately.
Litter Disposal
Dispose of litter in the bins provided throughout the centre and surrounding grounds.
St George's reserves the right to deny entry to individuals or groups not adhering to these guidelines and to escort them from the premises if necessary.
