Excellent Accessibility Throughout the Centre
Single-Level Stores: All stores are located on one level for easy access.
Convenient Access: Easy access from the train station, bus station and onsite car park.
Lift Access: Two lifts service the mall from the car park and lower entrance. Please note that lifts are only available during centre opening hours. For step-free access outside these hours, use the entrance on Princes Road.
Parking Facilities
Designated Bays: The car park includes designated disabled and family bays to ensure convenient access for everyone.
Toilets and Changing Facilities
Family Toilets: Equipped with changing facilities.
Disabled Toilets: Available on-site.
Operating Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Additional Mobility Support
Additional mobility support is provided by Gravesend’s Visitor Information Centre. Towncentric offers a Shopmobility scooter service to the community and visitors who wish to shop and visit Gravesend.
How to Join the Shopmobility Scheme
Complete an application form and provide two forms of identity.
Once registered, you will receive a membership card. This service is completely free for everyone to join and use.
